Terms of Service

By creating an account or using pricetoast (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What pricetoast is
pricetoast monitors publicly listed retail prices for products you choose and notifies you when a price meets a condition you set. It is an informational tool only — we don't sell products, process your purchases, or guarantee any price or availability.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide an accurate email so we can deliver alerts. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service: no automated scraping of our app, no reselling our data, no attempts to disrupt or overload our systems, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Price accuracy
Prices are fetched on a schedule and reflect what a retailer showed publicly at fetch time. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and can change at any moment. Always verify the price on the retailer's site before purchasing. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the Service.
5. Retailers & trademarks
pricetoast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand it tracks. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. This never affects which prices we show or when we alert you.
7. Paid plans & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of a charge.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pricetoast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service over time; material changes will be noted on this page. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
